("The Company")

The Company announces that pursuant to the general authority granted by shareholders of the Company on 15 March 2016 to make market purchases of its own ordinary share capital ("Ordinary Shares"), it purchased for cancellation, on 16 December 2016, 10,000 Ordinary Shares, at an average price of 603.5p (with the highest price being 603.5p and the lowest price being 603.5p) per Ordinary Share. This represents approximately 0.02 per cent of the Company's current issued Ordinary Shares.

Following the purchase and cancellation, the Company's ordinary issued share capital consists of 42,752,727 Ordinary Shares.
