60,000 Ordinary 25p Shares, (representing 0.11% of the issued class of capital),
at 275p per Ordinary Share, for cancellation.

Settlement and cancellation of the purchased 60,000  Ordinary Shares is due on
01 November 2004 when the issued share capital of the Trust will fall to
52,991,416 Ordinary 25p Shares.
