125,000 Ordinary 25p Shares, (representing 0.244% of the issued class of
capital), at 277.50p per Ordinary Share, for cancellation.

Settlement and cancellation of the purchased 125,000  Ordinary Shares is due on
5 November 2004 when the issued share capital of the Trust will fall to
52,866,416 Ordinary 25p Shares.
