20,000 Ordinary 25p Shares, (representing 0.04% of the issued class of capital),
at 280p per Ordinary Share, for cancellation.

Settlement and cancellation of the purchased 20,000  Ordinary Shares is due on 4
May 2005 when the issued share capital of the Trust will fall to 51,770,416
Ordinary 25p Shares.
