52,500 Ordinary 25p Shares, (representing 0.11% of the issued class of capital),
at 386p per Ordinary Share, for cancellation.

Settlement and cancellation of the purchased 52,500 Ordinary Shares is due on 11
July 2006 when the issued share capital of the Trust will fall to 49,006,838
Ordinary 25p Shares.
