100,000 Ordinary 25p Shares, (representing 0.21% of the issued class of
capital), at 412.2p per Ordinary Share, for cancellation.

Settlement and cancellation of the purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares is due on 1
December 2006 when the issued share capital of the Trust will fall to 48,536,838
Ordinary 25p Shares.
