7,500 Ordinary 25p Shares (representing 0.02% of the issued class of capital) at
448.0p per Ordinary Share, for cancellation.

Settlement and cancellation of the purchased 7,500 Ordinary Shares is due on 10
September 2007 when the issued share capital of the Trust will fall to
47,620,115 Ordinary 25p Shares.
