814,078 Ordinary 25p Shares, (representing 1.59% of the issued class of
capital), at 316.5p per Ordinary Share, for cancellation.

Settlement and cancellation of the purchased 814,078 Ordinary Shares is due on 8
July 2005 when the issued share capital of the Trust will fall to 50,529,338
Ordinary 25p Shares.
