BT GROUP PLC DIRECTOR APPOINTMENTS
BT today announced that the appointment of Ian Livingston as Chief Executive, BT
Retail and of Hanif Lalani, as Group Finance Director, will become effective on
7 February 2005. Pierre Danon will leave the Board on 28 February 2005.
