Award of shares under the BT Group employee share investment plan

In May 2019, Chief Executive Philip Jansen announced the 'yourshare' scheme, aimed at making BT Group colleagues shareholders in the company.  This year, eligible colleagues, including those in Openreach, will be awarded £500 worth of BT shares under the relevant employee share plan based on jurisdiction. Accordingly, the awards below are those granted to the persons discharging managerial responsibility and these shares will need to be held for three years, a move designed to encourage the long-term thinking and customer focus that will drive the success of the company.
