Notification of Board Meeting - Interim Results
I am writing to notify you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Bunzl plc
will be held on 31st August 1999 for the purpose of:
1. declaring an interim dividend for 1999 and,
2. approving for publication the announcement of results in respect of
the six months ended 30 June 1999.
