Further to the announcement on 23 August 2007 relating to the appointment of
David Sleath as a non-executive director of the Company, apart from his current
appointment as a director of SEGRO plc and his former appointment as a director
of Wagon plc (resigned 31 March 2005), there are no details in respect of Mr
