Bunzl plc confirms, in accordance with Rule 5.5.1. of the Disclosure and
Transparency Rules, that following the purchase of shares into treasury made on
15 June 2007, the percentage of total voting rights attributable to its holding
of treasury shares now comprises 5.06% of the Company's total voting rights.
