Burberry Group plc - Annual Information Update 

Pursuant to Prospectus Rule 5.2, Burberry Group plc submits its Annual Information Update for 2008/09, following the publication of the 2008/09 financial statements on 15 June 2009. This Annual Information Update refers to information that has been made available to the public during the previous 12 months.
