Burberry Group plc (the "Company") - Committee Changes

As previously announced John Smith has today taken up his new role as Chief Operating Officer of the Company.  As a result he has stepped down as a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee with effect from 3 March 2013.
