BOARD COMMITTEE CHANGES
Burberry Group plc (the Company) today announces that Jeremy Darroch has decided to step down as Chairman of the Audit Committee with effect from 6 February 2019. Jeremy will remain on the Board as Senior Independent Director and as a member of the Audit and Nomination Committees.
Matthew Key, who has been a member of the Audit Committee since 26 September 2013, will succeed Jeremy as Chairman of the Audit Committee, with effect from 6 February 2019.
There are no other changes to Committee memberships.
This announcement is made in accordance with LR 9.6.11 (3)
