Burberry Group plc - Director's Declaration


In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Burberry Group plc (the 'Company')
announces that Mr David Tyler, a Non-Executive Director, has informed the
Company of his appointment as Non-Executive Deputy Chairman of LogicaCMG plc
with effect from today.


There have been no other changes to the information set out in Listing 
Rule 9.6.13R (2) to 9.6.13R (6) in respect of Mr Tyler.
