In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Burberry Group plc (the 'Company')
announces that Mr David Tyler, a non-executive director, has informed the
Company of his appointment as a non-executive director of Reckitt Benckiser plc
with effect from today.


There have been no other changes to the information set out in Listing Rule
9.6.13R (2) to 9.6.13R (6) in respect of Mr Tyler.
