Burberry Group plc (the "Company") - Director / PDMR Shareholding

Following the grant of awards over the Company's Ordinary Shares of 0.05p each ("Shares") on 1 June 2010 under the Burberry Group plc International Free Share Plan 2003 (the "IFSP"), the Company announces the following changes in the Share interests of Eugenia Ulasewicz, a person discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR").

In accordance with the rules of the IFSP, Eugenia Ulasewicz has been granted an award over 60 Shares at nil cost.

Following these transactions, Ms Ulasewicz has an interest in 32,587 Shares, and awards and options over 568,082 Shares.
