Pursuant to DTR 3.1.4, Burberry Group plc (the "Company") received notice of changes to the Shareholding of the following Directors / Persons Discharging Managerial Duties ("PDMRs"):

On Thursday, 3 June 2010, Eugenia Ulasewicz, a person discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR") received 2,556 Ordinary Shares of 0.05p each in the Company ("Shares") at an exercise price of 385p per Share, following the exercise of options granted under the Burberry Group plc Savings Related Share Option Scheme (Overseas).

Following these transactions Eugenia Ulasewicz holds 35,143 Shares and options and awards over 568,082 Shares.

The Company received notification of the above changes in Eugenia Ulasewicz's interest in Shares in the Company on Thursday, 3 June 2010.
