Burberry Group plc (the "Company") - Director / PDMR Shareholding

Following the grant of awards over the Company's Ordinary Shares of 0.05p each ("Shares") on 10 June 2010 under the Burberry Senior Executive Restricted Share Plan (the "RSP"), the Company announces the following changes in the Share interests of its directors and persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs").

RSP

In accordance with the rules of the RSP, the directors and PDMRs of the Company named below have been awarded restricted shares under that plan.  The resulting interests in Shares awarded under the RSP are as follows.

Following these transactions:

(1) Stacey Cartwright has an interest in 465,271 Shares and awards over 1,139,895 Shares.

(2) Andrew Maag has an interest in 148,994 Shares and awards over 689,088 Shares.

(3) Pascal Perrier has an interest in 172,372 Shares and awards over 914,342 Shares.

(4) Eugenia Ulasewicz has an interest in 35,143 Shares and awards over 597,305 Shares.
