Pursuant to DTR 3.1.4, Burberry Group plc (the "Company") received notice of changes to the Shareholding of the following Director / Persons Discharging Managerial Duties ("PDMR"):

On Tuesday, 23 November 2010, Stacey Cartwright, a Director of the Company:

(i) received 15,745 Ordinary Shares of 0.05p each in the Company ("Shares") at nil cost, following the exercise of an option granted under the Burberry Senior Executive Restricted Share Plan 2004.  Subsequently, 8,053 Shares were sold in London at a price of 1017.7845p per Share.

(ii) received 53,375 Shares at nil cost following the exercise of an option granted under the Burberry Exceptional Performance Share Plan.  Subsequently 27,297 Shares were sold in London at a price of 1017.7845p per Share.

The Company received notification of the above changes in Stacey Cartwright's interest in Shares in the Company on Tuesday, 23 November 2010.
