Director/PDMR Shareholding

Pursuant to DTR 3.1.4, Burberry Group plc (the "Company") received notice of changes to the Shareholding of the following Persons Discharging Managerial Duties ("PDMR"):

On Thursday, 29 July 2010, Pascal Perrier, a PDMR:

(i) received 3,947 Ordinary Shares of 0.05p each in the Company ("Shares") at nil cost, following the exercise of options granted under the Burberry Senior Executive Restricted Share Plan 2004. 

(ii) received 38,125 Ordinary Shares of 0.05p each in the Company ("Shares") at nil cost, following the vesting of the first tranche of options granted under the Burberry Exceptional Performance Share Plan.

Following these transactions Pascal Perrier holds 321,161 Shares and options and awards over 678,678 Shares.

The Company received notification of the above changes in Pascal Perrier's interest in Shares in the Company on Thursday, 29 July 2010.
