Burberry Group plc (the "Company") - Director/PDMR Shareholding

Pursuant to DTR 3.1.4, the Company announces that it received notice on 14 June 2011 that Eugenia Ulasewicz, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") acquired 5,687 Ordinary Shares of 0.05p each in the Company ("Shares") following the vesting of the second tranche of rights granted on 11 June 2007 under the Burberry Senior Executive Restricted Share Plan 2004.  2,049 Shares were subsequently sold in London on 14 June 2011 at a price of 1305p per Share to satisfy tax liabilities.
