Burberry Group plc (the "Company") - Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that it received notification today that following the Interim Dividend payment on 24 January 2014, Equiniti Registrars purchased 24 Ordinary Shares of 0.05 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Dividend Reinvestment Plan for Ian Carter, a director, at a price of 1483.71 pence per Ordinary Share.
