The Company announces that it received notification on 8 August 2016 that following the Final Dividend payment on 5 August 2016, Equiniti Registrars purchased the following Ordinary Shares of 0.05 pence each in the Company ("Shares") for directors and their persons closely associated under the Dividend Reinvestment Plan at a price of 1316.703 pence per Share.
