The Company announces that it received notification on 22 June 2018 that Marian Murphy, a closely associated person of Dr Gerry Murphy, Chairman Designate and a Director of the Company, purchased 5,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.05 pence each in the Company ("Shares") on 22 June 2018 at a price of 2157.00 pence per Share.
