The Company wishes to announce that it was notified on 11 October 2005, pursuant
to section 198 of the Companies Act 1985, that FMR Corp. and its direct and
indirect subsidiaries, and Fidelity International Limited and its direct and
indirect subsidiaries, and Mr Edward C. Johnson 3d, a principal shareholder of
FMR Corp. and Fidelity International Limited ceased to have a notifiable
interest in the Company's ordinary shares as at the close of business on 11
October 2005.
