The Company announces the results of voting at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today and confirms that all resolutions were passed with the required majority.

Resolutions 1 to 15 and 17 were proposed as ordinary resolutions and resolutions 16, 18 and 19 as special resolutions and were passed as follows:
