UNANIMOUS RESULT OF AGM

Burford Capital Limited ("Burford Capital" or "Burford" or "the Company"), the world's largest provider of investment capital and risk solutions for litigation, is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at its Annual General Meeting today were unanimously approved by shareholders, of whom more than 93% were represented in person or by proxy.

Among other matters, shareholders unanimously approved the dividend payment of US$0.0366 per share.  That dividend will be payable on 23 May 2012 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 20 April 2012.
