Bushveld Minerals Limited ("Bushveld" or the "Company")

Share Price Movement Statement

The Board of Bushveld Minerals notes the recent decline in its share price (of more than 50% since Monday 7 October 2013) and a substantial increase in volume of shares traded.

The Company is unaware of any operational developments that would cause the share price movement.

The Board is currently attempting to ascertain the change in holdings and has written to its shareholders today to provide details of their respective holdings. The Company has not received notification in the change of holdings of its current shareholders to date.

Furthermore, the Board would like to reiterate that Bushveld remains well positioned to deliver on its strategy of advancing its iron ore and tin projects. Also, Bushveld has recently taken a controlling stake in ASX listed Lemur Resources, a company with a coal project in Madagascar and approximately $A17m in cash.
