ANNUAL REPORT AND AGM NOTICE

Further to the announcement of 25 June 2014, Byotrol plc is pleased to confirm that on 4 July 2014 it posted its Annual Report and Accounts containing Notice of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to shareholders and is available on the Company's website at www.byotrol.com.  Resolutions will be proposed at the AGM to approve the fundraising of £1.25 million as announced on 25 June 2014.
