Director / PDMR Shareholding
Byotrol plc (the "Company") announces it received notification today that on Friday 26 November 2010 Stephen Brian Falder, Executive Director and Business Development Director of the Company, transferred by a gift for nil consideration 1,020,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each to The Brian Falder Entrepreneurship Foundation (the "Foundation"). Mr Falder is a trustee on the board of the Foundation. The shares transferred to the Foundation no longer form part of Mr Falder's beneficial interest.
Following the transfer, Mr Falder, is the beneficial holder of 4,075,854 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Company representing 3.68 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
