Director's Shareholding

Byotrol plc ('Byotrol' or 'the Company'), the leading AIM listed anti-microbial hygiene company, has been notified that Duncan Grosvenor, the Finance Director elect of the Company, yesterday bought 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 5.75 pence per share. This is the totality of his holding in the Company and represents 0.03 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
