Byotrol plc ('Byotrol' or 'the Company'), the leading AIM listed anti-microbial hygiene company, has been notified that Ralph Kugler, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, has made the following purchases of ordinary shares of 0.25p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):

Following these purchases, Mr. Kugler now holds 1,723,333 Ordinary Shares representing 1.2 percent of the Company's issued share capital.
