Board Changes
The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Iain Duncan Smith as Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.
George Iain Duncan Smith, aged 55, has been the Member of Parliament for Chingford and Woodford Green since 1992 and was a backbench MP from 1992 to 1997. He was elected Conservative leader in September 2001 and held that position until October 2003 following which he established the Centre for Social Justice. He has also worked in both the defence and publishing sectors. Since 2007 he has been a Non-Executive Director of Global DataCenter Management Limited (GDCM) a leading software development company focused on providing solutions to manage and drive down power requirements in data centres and thereby cutting their carbon emissions. He holds no other directorships.
Commenting on the appointment Ralph Kugler, Chairman, said:
