Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights
Byotrol plc (AIM: BYOT), the anti-microbial technology company, announces that it has allotted a total of 3,381,000 new ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of options by certain employees, all of whom are below Board level.
Application has been made for the 3,381,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will become effective and trading will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 26 January 2021.
After Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 446,530,405 and the total number of voting rights will therefore be 446,530,405. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
