Byotrol plc announces that the Company was notified yesterday that, on 8 February 2012, Ruffer LLP purchased 250,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Ruffer LLP now holds 40,297,048 Ordinary Shares representing 28.07% of the total voting rights in the Company.
