PUBLICATION OF AUDITED RESULTS

Byotrol plc (AIM: BYOT), the specialist infection prevention and control company, announces that it has today published its audited annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2020 (the "Report"), which is available on its website at byotrolplc.com. The Report includes an unqualified audit opinion.

The notice of Annual General Meeting (to include proposals to create positive distributable reserves for the Company in order to provide the ability to pay dividends if and when appropriate) will be posted as soon as practical. Following shareholder consultation, no proposals will be put forward regarding share consolidation.
