The following amendment has been made to the 'Total Voting Rights' announcement released on 4 January 2011 at 3.43 pm.

The total issued share capital figure of 335,801,867 was incorrect. This figure should read 337,116,028.

All other details remain unchanged.

TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

In conformity with Regulation 20 of the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007, C&C announces that as of 31^st December 2010:

C&C's issued share capital consists of 337,116,028 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.01 each with voting rights. The above figure of 337,116,028 may be used by shareholders as a denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, C&C under the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007 and the Interim Transparency Rules.
