Record date:	24 May 2013
Posting of election and mandate forms for scrip dividend to shareholders:	6 June 2013
Return date for receipt of election and mandate forms:	25 June 2013
AGM Date	3 July 2013
Dividend payment:	12 July 2013
Last date by which CREST entitlement statements and new ordinary share certificates will be posted and shareholder accounts credited:	12 July 2013
