C&C Group plc ("C&C" or the "Group"), a leading manufacturer, marketer and distributor of branded cider, beer, wine and soft drinks today announces the following timetable for the final dividend payable in respect of the year ended 29 February 2016.  The dividend is subject to approval at the AGM on 7 July 2016:

Ex-dividend date:	19 May 2016
Record date:	20 May 2016
Posting of election and mandate forms for scrip dividend to shareholders:	3 June 2016
Return date for receipt of election and mandate forms:	23 June 2016
AGM Date:	7 July 2016
Dividend payment:	13 July 2016
Last date by which CREST entitlement statements and new ordinary share certificates will be posted and shareholder accounts credited:	13 July 2016
