C&C Group plc ("C&C" or the "Group"), a leading manufacturer, marketer and distributor of branded beverages in Ireland and the UK, today announces the scrip dividend timetable for the final dividend payable in respect of the year ended 29 February 2012.  The dividend is subject to approval at the AGM on 27 June 2012:

Ex-dividend date:	23 May 2012
Record date:	25 May 2012
Posting of election and mandate forms to shareholders:	6 June 2012
Return date for receipt of election and mandate forms:	22 June 2012
Dividend payment:	13 July 2012
Last date by which CREST entitlement statements and new ordinary share certificates will be posted and shareholder accounts credited:	13 July 2012
