Board Changes


As detailed in the Circular to shareholders dated 28 January 2008, the Board of
Zest announces today the resignations of Marcus Lee, Finance Director and Grant
Gazdig, Non-executive Director on 15 February 2008.

The Board would like to thank Marcus and Grant for their contribution to the
company and wish them well in the future.
