Completion of Disposal
DISPOSAL OF GREENSLEEVES RECORDS LIMITED FOR £3.1 MILLION COMPLETED
The Board of Zest is pleased to announce the successful completion of the sale
of its reggae business to V P Records (UK) Limited for £3.1 million and confirm
that the funds have been received.
Shareholder approval for the disposal was granted at the General Meeting of the
Company on 13th February 2008. Full details of the transaction were set out in
the circular to shareholders dated 28th January 2008.
