Board Appointment
The Board of Zest Group plc ('Zest' or 'the Group', AIM: ZEST), the independent
music publisher, record label and production company, is pleased to announce the
appointment of Andrew Craissati, 43, as Non-Executive Deputy Chairman of the
Group with immediate effect. Andrew is currently Chief Executive of Transpac
Media Limited (Transpac'), a leading international corporate finance and
strategic advisory boutique firm specialising in companies and intellectual
assets in the the media sector.
Before joining Transpac in 2003, Andrew was Chairman of The Virgin Group (Asia
Pacific) from 1999 - 2004 where he also served on ten Virgin group companies'
boards. During his tenure on the board of these ten companies there is no
further information to disclose in accordance with Schedule 2(g)(v) of the AIM
Rules. Prior to joining The Virgin Group Andrew was adviser to the Chairman of
Seagram Asia Pacific, the former owner of Universal Studios and Group Managing
Director of media industry corporate finance & consultancy firm, The Magna
Group.
Commenting on the appointment, Richard Griffiths, Chairman of Zest Group plc,

transactions. Andrew brings significant additional experience in the sector to

experience will be invaluable in enabling Zest to grow its business.'
