Zest announces that Stephen Weltman has today resigned as Chief Executive with immediate effect.

The Board thanks him for his support during his tenure and wishes him well with his future plans.

Richard Griffiths, Chairman of the Company, has assumed the role as Chief Executive pending a new appointment.
