Publication of Final Terms

The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms for Cadent Finance plc guaranteed upon issue by Cadent Gas Limited GBP 315,000,000 5.625 per cent. Green Finance Instruments due 2036 (the "Instruments") issued under its £7,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme").

The Final Terms contain the final terms of the Instruments and must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 6 December 2023 which together constitute a base prospectus for the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 as it forms part of the United Kingdom ("UK") domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (the "EUWA") (the "UK Prospectus Regulation") (the "Prospectus").
