The following Supplementary Prospectus has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority and is available for viewing:

Supplementary Prospectus dated 23 June 2023 (the "Supplementary Prospectus") relating to the £7,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of Cadent Finance plc, guaranteed by Cadent Gas Limited.
