Notification of Interim Payment on Preference Shares

Caffyns plc announces that holders of 6.5% cumulative preference shares and 10%
cumulative preference shares on the Register on 3rd March 2006 will be paid a
dividend of 3.25 pence per share and 5.0 pence per share respectively on 3rd
April 2006.
